We had the best time during our recent stay at the Cancun Palace. Everything in the room was perfect, like the jacuzzi and the ocean/pool view from the 12th floor! We totally enjoyed all of the restaurants, like Myoko and the chefs at the grill; the piano player at Leonardo's; and the staff persons were the best. They just always had the biggest smiles on their faces and could not do enough to please and accomodate you! What a pleasure!

The stores you have in the Cancun Palace were full of goodies and such a treat to go through. The Theater also offered several different shows on a nighty basis, of which we saw the Michael Jackson show. That was just amazing. Every body in your staff was just the best!

We also thoroughly enjoyed the several tours that we took-Jungle Tour; Zipline and horseback riding; and Tulum. What fun! Our bilingual tour guides were also funny, full of energy and just the best-we totally enjoyed each one as they personally made it their priority to know each person and speak with us individually and know our name and where we were from. What a total joy! We cannot wait to bring our whole family back in July to enjoy your wonderful country!!

We had a wonderful time there…as we always do. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed the shows in the theatre. We took several tours and they were handled professionally.

We also enjoyed the evening entertainment in the Lobby Bar and our treatments at the Spa. Thanks for a great vacation!!
