COZ - Testimonials

As is always the case with our stays at the Cozumel Palace, the only word that describes the experience is "AMAZING"!

The staff at your hotel are more family than employees - and every one of them takes great care to make certain every guest is treated that way.  There have been a few people leave and new ones arrive since our last visit in April of 2010.  We miss the ones who have left and welcome the new faces at the same time.  The staff at the Flamingo's Restaurant and Manuel who floats between the restaurants, usually in the mornings, are spectacular from remembering who you are and your drinks of choice to what foods you prefer.  Of course Ricardo and Belem in the Events Department, Fabiola (your newly promoted head wait-staff), and Berenice in the Public Relations Department are always there and always treat every guest like royalty.  The new general manager (Rene) has adopted a "promote from within whenever possible" policy that will insure a continuation of this level of dedication to customer service in the future.  Juan Pablo in your Sales Office has a difficult job and still remains more of a friend than a sales person and Palace Resorts is fortunate to have him on your team - and he really does offer fantastic benefits for the dollar!  Our absolute favorite dive shop has to remain Aqua Safari in downtown Cozumel as they share the Palace Resort dedication to customer service far above that of Aqua World which is now based at the Palace.

We arrived back in Alaska last night and are already searching for airline tickets to return for our next visit to the Cozumel Palace.  If anyone, from anywhere in the world, ever wondered what it would feel like to be pampered and treated like a famous movie star they should visit Palace Resorts.  Our absolute favorite of all the locations in the system remains the Cozumel Palace!

My wife and I, along with our family, had a wonderful time.  Your staff was wonderful, respectful, and always friendly.  Freddy went out of his way to get us on a snorkel trip.  That was awesome!  The room was the cleanest we had ever been in.  Your housekeeping staff should get a big thank you.  The room service was wonderful as was the food in general. All, this was a great vacation.  Thank you.
