Our most recent stay at Isla Mujeres was wonderful. All of the staff were courteous , friendly and professional. Since our first vacation three years ago we are sold on Mexico and The Palace Resorts. Our waiter Diego was especially patient and outgoing with our daughters. We so appreciate the time he took when they were ordering their food. We had another great family vacation and will return. I'm trying to bring more people with me next time.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Isla Mujeres. Isla Palace is perfectly located by being a short cab ride away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but offers quiet and seclusion with 5-star service.

On a day we decided to spend on the hotel beach, we found all kinds of sea life while standing in knee high water. Urchins, octopus and multitudes of fish. We also took a walk over to the east side of the island to observe fabulous sunrises that can't be accurately captured on film.

The staff, especially Jose were outstanding and we definitely plan on returning.

My husband and I were guests here from April 9-16th (our 30th wedding anniversary celebration) and will cherish the memories we came home with - largely due to the hard working, dedicated staff at this beautiful resort. We were pampered like we were royalty and treated like family. We were in awe of their willingness & ability to make us feel so welcome. The food and drinks were delicious. The room was wonderful. The weather could have been better but we still had a fantastic week. To everyone at the Isla Mujere Palace Resort who made us so happy - Thank you so very much for the best, most memorable vacation ever.
