My husband and I just returned from the Moon Palace and everything was wonderful. We cannot think of one thing that went badly. The grounds were kept immaculately clean, the food was wonderful, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone makes you feel very special. We would like to make special mention of a few individuals that we felt went out of their way to make our vacation really fun and special:
Breakfast/lunch buffet in Nizuc-- Noe, did a wonderful job from the first time we were seated in his area until the very last lunch. We always were treated with service and lively conversation.

Entertainment group-- Charlie Brown, Eric and Fabien were very funny, always tried to get everyone involved and once you got to know them they would always speak to you or try to include you in whatever they were doing. They invited us on the BEHIND the SCENES tour and it was very informative and our questions were answered completely. Every group on the tour that we were introduced to made us feel very welcome and we had lots of laughs and saw what hard work goes into keeping a resort a great place to visit.

Pelicanos Palapa: Hermel was a great server. From the first time we met him he had a great smile and was always willing to go out of the way to accommodate our needs. He did a great job keeping our thirst quenched.

Last but not least, Elsy the omelet maker in the Nizuc breakfast buffet. She makes a mean omelet and we had one every day.

Thank you again to all the hard workers that truly live in a paradise and gave us a small taste of what it is to be special and make it a wonderful vacation.

We had a great time at the Moon Palace. Beautiful place and well maintained. Friendly employees. Good food. Natural beauty of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a great combination.

Only one minor complaint, LITE BEER was not available in all of the bars, both inside and at the pools.
