We really enjoyed our honeymoon at the Aventura Spa Palace! It was by far, the most relaxing experience we have ever had. The spa services far exceeded our expectations as that is not normally something we do at home. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, even just how they would acknowledge you when you walk by.
 
In particular, we would like to acknowledge Alejandra, who spent many afternoons bringing us drinks and food in the concierge level area down on the cove. She provided great service, had a fantastic personality and was a delight each time we encountered her. She enhanced our stay so much and we can't thank her enough!
 
Jose and Cesar both tended bar in the hut near that same area. We spent several evenings chatting with Cesar, he was so personable and an excellent and entertaining bartender. Jose was there on our last night and was so polite and kind and made great drink recommendations! Both of them deserve accolades as well!

Thank you so much for matching our expectations of a luxury holiday. We both very much needed the 2 week break and feel quite revitalised. The staff are a wonderful group and are so helpful and friendly - nothing is too much to ask.
We are already looking forward to arranging our next visit to one of the Palace resorts.
