Dear Vallarta Palace, Thank you for another fabulous vacation. We were there with two other couples last week. Your new points promotion was great. The free calls to the U.S. and great internet service are also added pluses. Nothing compares to the service and quality of your staff. That is why we vacation there twice every year. We plan to be back in March.

This was our fourth stay at the Vallarta Palace and fourteenth overall at Palace Resorts and as usual it was fantastic.  Everyone was extremely helpful and the overall quality of food and service was outstanding.  I consider the setting of the resort on the Bay of Banderas to be one of the most beautiful spots I have ever visited.

I want to give special thanks to Luis from guest services, Elizabeth the receptionist at Mar Intimo, Humberto at Triton and Isaas the bellboy for their friendliness and service.

We look forward to our next visit.
